I walked into the store was immediately greeted and asked if there was something that I was looking for. I advised the young lady what I was looking for and she took me right over to where the item was. She along with the other young ladies were very pleasant and kind.

Although no longer greeted by name at the door, I was greeted warmly and after I identified myself. They knew exactly what I was shopping for and immediately helped! I am sorry to see self checkout…..

The staff is so pleasant. They greet you as you come in with a warm smile and immediately ask if you need assistance. The thing I enjoy coming in the store is they don't keep asking if there's anything they can help you with. They will periodically if they see you kind of wondering around but it's not constant. They are all very helpful and so easy to talk to. I really appreciate the staff in the Greenwood location.
