Always a good experience with friendly staff. They have the best selection of raw foods and treats that I’ve seen in Greenwood.

The staff is so pleasant. They greet you as you come in with a warm smile and immediately ask if you need assistance. The thing I enjoy coming in the store is they don't keep asking if there's anything they can help you with. They will periodically if they see you kind of wondering around but it's not constant. They are all very helpful and so easy to talk to. I really appreciate the staff in the Greenwood location.

The woman at the front desk was amazing. I came in 30mins before they closed and she without hesitation offered to help me. She helped me get a “starter package” for my new kitten and I’m very appreciative she was so kind to help pick out every thing I needed.

The ladies at the store are always, ALWAYS kind, personable, helpful and informative. They go out of their way to share information when we have questions. They help us carry items to the checkout counter. They engage so sweetly with our pup. And remember her name and ask about her when she isn’t with us. And… they actually remember OUR names! We actually enjoy visiting the store because of who they are.
