Love the staff & the products that the store carries. My only complaint is the new company stopped the points without warning. As a regular loyal customer who spends well over $200+ a month sometimes more, I relied on my coupon points and when I wanted to use them on my dog food I wasn’t allowed. So all the points I had saved was gone. They should have honored using all customers points until the pint balance was 0 and then not again in the future.
