I came to PetPeople to use the self wash dog to bathe my Standard Poodle. The dog washing area seemed to pretty clean. They had a few choices of dog shampoo for us to choose from which is nice. the employees are very nice and helpful. The downfall and this is huge is the wash stations badly need to be updated. The items offered have significantly changed in quality. Toy brands offered previously are no longer offered like the Tuffy dog toys along with Mighty Micro fiber in the larger dog toys. Out of stocks in several dog food items. We wanted to purchase a dog coat and you didn’t have the 22 size in stock. Went to two stores and asked if they could order it for us and they said they couldn’t so came him and ordered the coat from Moochie & Co. Now need to go to PetSmart for quality dog toys as well.
