Wow, both individuals working were extremely helpful. In the store for 'seconds' and they guy came up and asked if I needed assistance. the lady at the counter answered many questions and helped me loads. Very impressed. Don't get that service in any other pet store and I've owned pets my whole adult life & I'm 75!
