I came in because my dog is having food allergies. My vet recommended adding raw frozen food to his diet. No pet stores near me had the selection Hollywood Feed does. I checked online and was able to get all that I came in to get. The variety of food was just what I needed. Multiple staff members offered to assist. It was a great experience.

Bought kitty litter. 3 bags, heavy for me even in small size. Cashier cheerfully brought bags to my car. I pulled in front of store. Even brought me my $2 change that I had forgotten. ( I’ve gone to paying cash instead of credit card. )

I stopped in because I had just found out about the 19% off and the store manager, Deb, was there. I just love Deb. She is so kind and helpful and easy to talk to. I feel like I want to give her a hug whenever I come to the store and she is there. I also have good experiences with the other employees, but she is the best!!
