Was greeted and helped right away. Always a friendly and knowledgeable experience when I go in. I had issues with my dog and his itching and allergies to food and right away they knew what to recommend for his symptoms and he’s been on it ever since and symptom free. Appreciate them and their knowledge and guidance, keep it up guys!!!!

I come in almost every single week. I spend upwards of $150+ and yet it seems as though I’m not recognized - same questions are asked of me every week by pretty much the same people. I’m surprised at this point after coming in for months that in a niche store such as this, spending as much as I am, for the unique types of dogs that I have, that I am not remembered and that a rapport is not being established.
