Pet People/Hollywoood Feed is the only store who carries our dog's (Gracie, a bichon) favorite food, Primal Pronto in the duck flavor (frozen). Gracie loves going to the store and seeing all the employees as they are never stingy with treats. She even goes up to customers thinking anyone in the store MUST HAVE TREATS for her...lol So glad you opened a store in Brecksville where we live. Prior to that, we would have to travel to your Strongsville store which is about a 25 min drive for us but we were willing to do that so ... read more

Dave was fantastic, explained the different types of food for my raw feed cat. I keep can food on hand for just in case. The store was very clean and well organized. I definitely will shop PetPeople before shopping other retailers.
