Customer service was great. Good selection of toys. Unfortunately I always but the Fluff and Tuff toys because they are so durable,but my dog was able to tear the tail off the chipmunk within a day of having it.

Jason was above and beyond helpful in assisting me with choosing the best products for my kitten. I had visited the store shortly before closing in a pinch because my kittens food was very delayed from a delivery service. Jason walked down several different aisles with me and was very informative and patient with all of my questions and specific kitten preferences. I will gladly purchase from this store from now on.
