Above and beyond customer service by everyone who works there. Always greeted the second i walk in. Wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful. The store shelves are faced beautifully (it always looks like it's opening day!). Love seeing the adoptable babies as well! Having them make appearances in the store means they find their forever homes quicker <3
