I’ve been shopping at Pet People for about four years in different cities, and each one has been very friendly and helpful! My current store in Cary knows me by name and happily holds cat food for me when requested. It’s a great store and I love the rewards program!
We always enjoy this store and the folks who work there. our dog loves using the Spaw wash (well we do anyway). He is always loved on and shown so much attention by the staff.
Above and beyond customer service by everyone who works there. Always greeted the second i walk in. Wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful. The store shelves are faced beautifully (it always looks like it's opening day!). Love seeing the adoptable babies as well! Having them make appearances in the store means they find their forever homes quicker <3
I appreciate the people that work at PetPeople that know me by name and what I purchase. I have been a customer since they opened. I hope the new management is paying them what they are worth though. Ty to Gretchen, Ayala, Margaret, Maddy’s and newcomers Chance and Karen.
The staff is not only knowledgeable but also very caring, I can’t say enough about this location!! Just amazing!!
