[Name removed] was wonderful, knowledgeable, responsive and welcoming in showing my mother and I the community in its final stages of construction. The units are beautiful, functional and include additional features for my mom to be safe and engaged.

I liked Bethany Towers, and think it would be a good fit for my dad. It is on the shortlist of options
pros: kitchen in apt and cafeteria if you don't feel like cooking. Large rooms and closets. Younger residents. cons: small doorways and shower.
I've found their billing aggressive and a bit unfair. They pressure you into sign and tell you have 30 days to decide but they start billing you from the date of signing even if your client doesn't move in for 30 days. The facility is lovely but you must be very careful before signing
They are extremely short- staffed. Some of them are nice but others are downright cruel. Or terribly unfeeling or not sympathetic at all. Also, they are not truly equipped for Memory Care patients. They don't have bed alarms or handicapped railing on the walls.
