The overall experience was exceptional, extensive project, had to figure out many things, they did that very well in figuring it out. They took care of all are needs and more. Holmes Custom Renovations is a professional contractor in all areas but they are also good people who I enjoyed working with. As an engineer myself I appreciated the attention to detail and the quality finish of the project and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a complete job done at a reasonable price.

Ian Holmes was involved in the project form beginning to end. He was very professional in his approach to this roject and provided excellent supervision to the crew working on the job.
