We are thrilled with the finished project. Our 36 year-old dark, worn house is totally transformed. The Hardie Plank is the talk of the area. Many of our neighbors have commented on how terrific our home looks. We love pulling into our driveway and seeing out "new" house. Thanks so much to Holmes Customs Renovations.

Ian Holmes did a great job of explaining the James Hardie products and helping us make selections. He fully understood what had to be done with roof and soil contact areas so as to not void any Hardie product warranty. Once on site, the project team worked our job to completion and did not leave to work on other ongoing projects. Very pleased with the quality of work Ian Holmes and his new team of employees did on our home with James Hardie fiber cement siding. They went above and beyond the siding project by also installing our outside lamppost and two window seals inside the house. I'll keep his business card for some future work that may be needed down the road.
