Holmes Custom Renovations is a professional contractor in all areas but they are also good people who I enjoyed working with. As an engineer myself I appreciated the attention to detail and the quality finish of the project and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a complete job done at a reasonable price.
I was looking for an experienced installer for Hardi siding. Holmes has that experience. They know the product and were familiar with the proper install techniques.

Ian Holmes was involved in the project form beginning to end. He was very professional in his approach to this roject and provided excellent supervision to the crew working on the job. His staff was very professional and they did very nice work. I will consider them for future constuction projects I have planned.

Ian Holmes did a great job of explaining the James Hardie products and helping us make selections. He fully understood what had to be done with roof and soil contact areas so as to not void any Hardie product warranty. Once on site, the project team worked our job to completion and did not leave to work on other ongoing projects.
