My experience so far has been outstanding. On March 21, I went on Home Advisor looking for good roofers near me. I was given about five but only one contacted me and it was immediate. Jenny Bates called me and I explained my situation which was leaking roof. She set me up the same day with Michael Robinson for an estimate. He came that afternoon and was her almost four hours. Overall, a decent company and I am happy. What did not meet my expectations is that despite sending two guys out specifically to measure window openings, they still got two windows wrong, thus delaying completion by two weeks. Not a huge deal, except for the fact that I am selling this house so potential buyers are seeing an incomplete job.
