Chris Dobbin consulted with me about new counter-tops. The presentation and display of the consultation was well put together and offered a lot of information as well as giving me confidence in the project itself. The price and financing were extremely favorable for this project, so I will definitely use them for future projects. On day of install, the contractors were in and out pretty quickly. Let me start by saying when we first made an appointment with Deborah Patterson of Homefix Custom Remodeling to discuss a new roof it was going to be just that a discussion. Ms. Patterson was so informative about the product and services that we felt no need to look further and made the decision that evening to hire HCR. I love the quality of work. The issue that I have is the communication between the customer and the company. It bothered me as to why was it so hard for me to contact them after payment was received before any work was started. These days, that worries people. And the most important thing that bothers me is that I have yet to receive my invoice on completed work now going on 2 months. And on that note, how does someone expect a good review? That's bad business.
