Just had our home serviced by Home Team! Our Tech Eric was the best. He was friendly and courteous by putting on shoe covers without me having to asking him. My husband wasn't home at the time so Eric explained to me what he was going do and even walked with me around the house answering my questions. Tony has always taken great care of our account. He goes above and beyond to meet our pest needs and educated us on ways we can help prevent problems. The customer service team has been very responsive when we have requested re-treats and works well with us on scheduling.
Our technician, Juan, was great! He addressed my numerous concerns at our first appointment, and was both meticulous and conscientious in treating our home. I will update in a few months with how the treatments have worked for us!
