RecommendedFast and easy appointment set up. Darryl who came out to do the treatment was polite and knowledgeable. I followed and watched him and he was gracious to explain the material/treatment being used and what to expect after. Since my new house was installed with the Taexx Home System and the Termite warranty, I deemed it wise to continue with them for the pest defense. Roderick was our service tech— one of the nicest people we’ve ever met! He was very friendly and thorough in explaining each step he took in treating our home. We haven’t used long enough to see how the treatment works, especially in the midst of a snow storm, but so far our experience in all dealings with HomeTeam has been fantastic.
