Bobby, called prior to the treatment, after the treatment was completed and exceeded my expectations.
Robbie arrived on time and was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was going to do and then reviewed his findings at the end of his visit. He answered all of our questions. We were very comfortable and satisfied with everything about our experience.
Six months into our new home we discovered small bugs in the kitchen area. Bobby arrived promptly at the appointment time, diagnosed the issue and took steps to eradicate our problem. He made a follow-up appointment to make sure the treatment is successful. Bobby is very personable and knowledgeable on typical pests in our area As he is the customer facing he represents his company very well.
So far, so good! First visit to our newly built house yesterday. David the technician was very personable and had lots of experience with pests in this area.
