Absolutely incompetent office staff. I paid for a quarterly and monthly service, almost $300. Somehow they are able to harass me through email, paper mail, phonecall, and text for this "unpaid" invoice. Meanwhile, I have bank statements proving they were paid. Office staff does not return emails and phonecalls. I am wondering if they have become a spam company (at least the billing department). They could reimburse me my money. I paid for terminate services that were canceled by your company after my check cleared and you kept my money. I have called 3 times trying to get my money back. Very Dishonest Company.
I was use to having David, but out ou f the clear blue reassigned a different tech. They are suppose to call and schedule before coming due to having dogs and gates locked. This guy showed up on a Saturday without calling and we weren't home. I was charged for Services when he couldn't complete job due to backyard fence being locked. They are much higher than other companies as well. looking into changing.
