The customer service and the understanding this company has for its customers are truly exceptional.. unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. Recently I went through some family hardships and loss. When I spoke to their office manager Lisa today she was exceptionally understanding and willing to help me with my situation. Ironically, I told them a week earlier that I didn't need pest control, but as a new resident of Florida, and was not yet familiar with the beauty and tyranny of fire ants. I called Mark back and he was great, explaining my options and getting someone to my house the next morning. The tech who came was respectful and showed us everything we needed to know. And 3 days later, we have seen a huge improvement with our infestation.
Our Rep was very thorough and listened to our concerns and went the extra mile to give us great service.
I had to stop service for a few months and called to see if could start service again and was told NO. So I went with another company. If your a customer keep them if you like them cause they won't take you back if you take a break for a few months. Plus I still had ants after they sprayed so it's no loss for me
Absolutely a fantastic company. On time always for appointments and if you have any issues, they are there the following day. Our guy Rich is a pleasure and always emails to let us know he will be coming by when he does applications on the exterior. Love these guys!!!
