we loved them when we started that was almost 4 year's ago.. we had on tech that came and he was like family.. he came in and did his thing... never had any issues.. then they changed it was a different tech and he told me he would be my tech well I told him what our previous tech did and he followed what was working.. then came the next service period and it was some one I haven't seen he didn't listen to what I said it was like he didn't even spray... then we get our bill and it went up with out notice... the service we go... read more
