RecommendedHonda service is quick and the staff is always extremely friendly. Janie has helped me the last two times I’ve been in and she is a fantastic service advisor. The wait room is nice, with lots of snacks and drinks (lots of items such as popcorn, assortment of ice cream bars, water, and coffee for free). There is a nice room for kids to play in with lots of toys and a TV. The service team sends you a video after your service is complete to show you how your car looks and the things they would recommend to get replaced. 10/10 w... read more

RecommendedI highly recommend Honda of Kingsport. My go to salesman is Morgan Leslie. He's not pushy and very professional. I have purchased several cars from here and I've never felt less than family. If you need service I recommend Stacy she is such a sweetheart.
