RecommendedPrompt appointment scheduling, friendly customer service representatives, insightful vehicle video by a trained auto technician along with a hard copy of mechanical condition of your car with urgent , future maintenance and good classifications, but best of all, you are not pushed into a suggested but not necessarily needed vehicle maintenance; such as a very expensive coolant flushing. I almost forgot the comfortable waiting area with beverages and snacks.

RecommendedI'm very happy with Kingsport Honda's Service Dept! On my way home from work Sunday, my tire popped on 26 and then the battery died! I had to have it towed to KP Honda.
