I recently had a malfunction with a new CRV. The service department (Josh) contacted me immediately to assure me that the car was under warranty and would be evaluated with a return call about the problem. My car was fixed within 1 day. The next day I noticed that the parking brake was coming on with each start. Josh personally sent me an email on how to reset it and did a follow-up call to make sure everything was working. Amazing customer service!
Work on car was done in a timely matter. Found a bit from a screwdriver in front passenger side car. Plugged tire with my permission. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.
