The Service Dept. is basically why I've driven a Honda for the past 15-20 years of my life. They always treat me with respect and usually go above and beyond to ensure my car is repaired and I am happy. I have never had a major complaint in all these years with either my Honda or the Honda Service Department.
My husband and I went in with 2 small children and we were there all day! John Witt went above and beyond to make us feel completely comfortable and didn’t even act like our kids were wild! The entire experience was phenomenal and I would 10/10 go back for future vehicle purchases 😀
