RecommendedLast year i bought a 2016 Accord from Kingsport Honda and it was the easiest car buying experience ever!! However, at 9000 miles the backup camera bracket broke. I took it to Johnson City and was told that it wasn't covered under my warranty because I broke it. I tried to explain that I'm careful closing my trunk lid and was certain that I would never "grab the camera to close the trunk". I did NOT want to be at your dealership, but had a minor accident while in Kingsport to visit my mother. I was SUPER impressed with Amber in your service department. She could not have been better to deal with. NOT an issue I wanted to happen or deal with the aftermath, but dealing with your dealership could not have been more pleasant! THANK YOU!
