RecommendedI just had the best experience at a car dealer ever. I was hearing an odd noise and since the car only had 6k miles on it I took it to the dealer. I didn't have to wait. RecommendedQuick service, professional, fair pricing, Stacy was great! I was told there was a problem with a 3-month-old battery I had purchased at WalMart.your tech said it failed the amperage test in the lower range of less than 750, I took it to WalMart and they tested it with two different testers and it showed 806 amps both times! They would not replace the battery because it passed both tests with above the required amperage. Now I am confused as to what tests to believe.

RecommendedI recently had a malfunction with a new CRV. The service department (Josh) contacted me immediately to assure me that the car was under warranty and would be evaluated with a return call about the problem. My car was fixed within 1 day. The next day I noticed that the parking brake was coming on with each start. Josh personally sent me an email on how to reset it and did a follow-up call to make sure everything was working. Amazing customer service!
