Do NOT but a used car from this dealer! You'll pay "Clean retail price" and you be stuck with a huge repair bill the first time you have the vehicle checked! If you're paying top dollar for the used car, you should have reasonable expectations of a vehicle with minimal problems. They obviously did not even do a basic safety check of the vehicle before selling it.
Have 2 Hondas with recalls - lady took my name and number around lunch time on the 4th and said she'd give it to the service manager to call me back. Still no call - glad I can get to Johnson City as quickly as I can get to Kingsport. And you wonder why you don't service our cars anymore...

I thought this was a good place, but I was very wrong!! I recently traded in my Kia mini-van for a Honda Odyssey, and Kingsport Honda failed to pay off my trade-in by the pay off date. They had almost two weeks to do so, which is now leaving me responsible for the remaining balance of the auto loan.
