Will never buy another vehicle from Honda our sales guy Kevin wellis was great even came in on his day off but very disappointed in the financial part after buying 3 vehicles from Honda I'm done
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Our sales man was fantastic and went above and beyond for us. (Clint myers) he made sure even afterwards our problem was taken care of and sent a thank you card twice making sure our problem was resolved. The service department deserves 0 stars. We bought a vehicle and the display screen went out immediately. Horrible!!! Can not get no help after a deal has been made bought it a month ago and still do not have my car right been round and round trying to get my car fixed it's to the point they won't speak to me about the problem's
Called the dealership to ask about a certain color in a car and they said they had it to come on down. Drove all of the way down there and they did not have the car. Something else caught my eye and the price was reasonable so after spending almost 2 hours with the salesman we went inside to get some figures and when he came back the price magically inflated 6,000 dollars because of some "accessories" that were added and the paper that told the price was "accidentally removed while detailing the car". Purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey in May and 3 days in started having problems with the steering column had to take back 4 times to get a resolution and now yesterday with 2200 miles the sliding door is broken. I am highly dissappointed with the vehicle I purchased from this dealership, have owned USED Honda's in the past and never had an issue, purchase a NEW one and can't keep it out of the service department.
Do NOT but a used car from this dealer! You'll pay "Clean retail price" and you be stuck with a huge repair bill the first time you have the vehicle checked! If you're paying top dollar for the used car, you should have reasonable expectations of a vehicle with minimal problems. They obviously did not even do a basic safety check of the vehicle before selling it.
Have 2 Hondas with recalls - lady took my name and number around lunch time on the 4th and said she'd give it to the service manager to call me back. Still no call - glad I can get to Johnson City as quickly as I can get to Kingsport. And you wonder why you don't service our cars anymore...
