responsive to queries, stayed on the issues, straightforward in their responses, no monkey business and met my primary concern: spending a lot of time mixing it up at the dealership to sign everythkng. The folks in the service dept are AWESOME, especially Frank!! I never feel like they are being dishonest with there recommendations like some of the bigger Honda dealerships in Charlotte. And I love the fact that there pricing is cheaper as well. Returning customer for LIFE!!!!!!
