Man, this place is awesome. We worked today with Ben Phillips and he made it happen. I brought my 78 year-old father today to replace his car, which he recently lost to a deer. Ben made it easy, and talk about an honest dealership, the guys to cleaned that car up for us today found some cash that fell out of my pocket when I was messing around in it and they turned it back over to Ben who gave it back to me Incredible, That’s rare nowadays. My 2020 Odyssey was having an issue. It was under warranty. I called the dealership I purchased it from, and they couldn’t help me until next week and would not give me a courtesy vehicle. I called 2 other dealerships and was told the same thing. I have 3 kids and this was our only family vehicle. I call Honda of Indian Trail and explained what was going on. They closed at 6.
