RecommendedMy 2020 Odyssey was having an issue. It was under warranty. I called the dealership I purchased it from, and they couldn’t help me until next week and would not give me a courtesy vehicle. I called 2 other dealerships and was told the same thing. I have 3 kids and this was our only family vehicle. I call Honda of Indian Trail and explained what was going on. They closed at 6. RecommendedTried Honda of Indian Trail on a recommendation from my neighbor. Glad I did. I made an appointment to get my car in. Impressed that I could get my Odyssey in the next day. Service was completed and I picked it up the same day. IMPRESSIVE! I really liked the Video sent by the Technician showing a "walk around" and explaining the problems and recommendations that should be considered. Very nice touch. Very low Pressure. RecommendedThe Service Department is far superior to any other. Took my son's Civic in there for a minor repair and airbag recall. Unfortunately the part they put in for the repair failed and left me stranded. They not only had the car picked up but offered to bring it back to us. I was shocked. The Service Manager even called me to follow up. They did everything right. We are now a customer for life
