Really bad design. I ordered the 48" wide hood and it doesn't go all the way to the ceiling based on their sub-par design. There is a way to make it work but they didn't figure it out. I also ordered the Zline hood insert from them and it didn't include the added pieces they said it would include. Again, another design flaw that you need some additional kit to make a standard hood insert fit. After all the work, it looks bad. Would not recommend.

I normally don’t leave poor reviews of any businesses but my experience with this company has been horrific from beginning to end and I am hoping to save someone else from a bad experience. This company hasn’t figured out how to consistency deliver the right hood to the right customer seamlessly and undamaged (really dig into the reviews - they’ve had a number of problems.)
