Disappointed with my experience at Hooky's Addison. Popcorn was stale, my second drink order was delayed, and instead of resolving the issue, the manager Josue dismissed my concern and even called me a liar. Thankfully, the staff (Steven, Valerie, Maya, and Kris) were kind and apologetic, but leadership needs serious improvement.
