Worst experience ever. It's the first and last time my wife and I will be going. Walking in I could immdiately tell, the vibe was not that great. Retrieval of tickets was easy and walking to the movie but upon walking into the theatre, it was dirty, the 2 seats next to us, the food, baskets and trash had not been picked up and never did get picked up. Disappointed with my experience at Hooky's Addison. Popcorn was stale, my second drink order was delayed, and instead of resolving the issue, the manager Josue dismissed my concern and even called me a liar. Thankfully, the staff (Steven, Valerie, Maya, and Kris) were kind and apologetic, but leadership needs serious improvement.
