I am to thankful that I found this company! They are excellent to deal with and they really know what they are doing down there.
Ordered a gen2 and framing gauge. Having issues with it causing my designs to be crooked rotated about 5 degrees counter clockwise. Customer service is very slow to respond. And is saying it's all my fault. They do not stand by their products and will not entertain the idea of their hoop being bent.

If their customer service was ran by their feedback department, my issue may be fixed by now. These hoops do NOT work with ZSK machines... Installed per instructions. There was an issue that we emailed about. 3 days later, we get a reply with a video. We followed the video and the hoops still were not correct. I bought 2 items from this company in one purchase. Gen 2 cap frame & the T bar framing gage. Now my order has been delivered and only the gen 2 cap is in the package
BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased the Hooptech Slimline system last August. We wanted to love them. They were over a $2000 investment for our 6 head Barudan. After a few calls with tech support and no solutions, these items are a dud. They are made from 3 pieces and have a significant amount of play from left to right rendering them useless for any type of precision.
