Run by amateurs. Prices are outrageous cause they have no idea how to run the company.
The website is awful. I received a 10% off coupon FROM THEM and tried to order. I couldn't sign in and couldn't reset my password. I tried to contact them to fix it but was told "The account system is still new I will have to talk to my manager about what may be going on." and still was not able to sign in. Finally I called and she didn't know anything about the coupon.
