Robert did an amazing job at getting my car fixed. He was able to put me in a nice rental while my car was getting repaired. Very friendly, attended to my needs and everything went smoothly. I have been going to Hoover Toyota since I purchased my Highlander in 2012. Robert is one of the best at providing customer service.
