Service Department much better than most others
Everything. Shelton was great. I didn’t have time to pick up my truck so he arranged to bring it to my home. We even did the paperwork at my home. It only took 10 minutes. I love hoover Toyota. He made sure I got everything on my truck that I wanted. They beat everyone’s price
When I bought my Sienna a few years ago it was like dealing with family and every time I take it for service is a good experience. Everyone is very friendly and helpful
Wonderful system in place from placing a phone call, pulling in the service bay all the way as I pay and pull off the lot.
Great experience with Joshua Ethridge online. He was very easy to work with and responsive to email. He understood that our time was limited due to work and home responsibilities. We managed to work a deal out efficiently. He made the process painless. My only negative comment is that the pics on your website don’t match the actual vehicle. I was disappointed that the car we had been dealing on had a different interior than pictured.
