RecommendedExcellent experience! Service writer was very good and did a wonderful job explaining what I needed to make sure my vehicle was in good shape. Service was on time and waiting accommodations were excellent.

They are very friendly and knowledgeable.
They do a great job serving my vehicle. But, the wait is way too long. I wait at least 2 hours every time I come in for an oil change.

Service Department much better than most others
Everything. Shelton was great. I didn’t have time to pick up my truck so he arranged to bring it to my home. We even did the paperwork at my home. It only took 10 minutes. I love hoover Toyota. He made sure I got everything on my truck that I wanted. They beat everyone’s price
When I bought my Sienna a few years ago it was like dealing with family and every time I take it for service is a good experience. Everyone is very friendly and helpful
