Service department took care of a warranty issue without issue. They checked me in and I was then sent to the waiting room. There are refreshments such as coffee and water available while you wait. If I were in need of a service for my vehicle I would bring it to them. Call ahead so you don't end up going for no reason.
The people were courteous, friendly & knowledgeable. Overall, good service.
Brought vehicle in for warranty replacement of airbag. Toyota got it replaced in 2 hours. It is very convenient because the service dept opens at 6am.
