Josh was amazing! He sent me videos of different packages on the 4runners so I didn’t have drive down there. Sent me videos when my car arrived. He found my dream car with EVERYTHING I wanted. Definitely recommend Josh and will be using him again for further purchases!
Service Department is A+. Lara, Seth and the other service staff are awesome. In 5+ years of having my 4Runner serviced there I've never had anything but great customer service. The one minor issue I did have was handled promptly and professionally, in a manner almost unheard of nowadays. Things like this are why I keep coming back to Hoover Toyota.
