I went to the dealership yesterday to get an oil change. Upon arriving I was quickly greeted by Kellie. She was super nice and told me they would get to my car quickly and to go inside, grab a water, and make myself comfortable. I went inside and sat down. Kellie Williams does an excellent job as Service Writer at Hoover Toyota. She is always available-she responds immediately when I contact her. She is professional-she takes the time to explain the work being done and makes sure I'm comfortable while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced and lastly she always has a smile on her face. She makes my visits there a pleasant experience.

Saw a few great used convertables, I own now it's older however I will never own anything else love them.
