Hope was so organized and walked me through the entire process. I was a first time home buyer so this was all new to me. She made sure I understood everything and communicated consistently. Even if it was a quick update because nothing had changed she still made sure to check in. She sent me videos telling me how everything was moving along and made sure all my questions were answered. She made this process so easy and seamless. The closing was so fast and easy too! I will use Hope for every home loan from here on out.
