Had a lot of fun but the room was not up to the quality I feel I paid for. My room had leftover trash including a security tag with needle sticking up. Bed didn’t even have a fitted sheet or blankets it was just layered sheets. Convenience of location, easy access to casino and other properties.
Ate at the restaurant and got food poisoning, not the steak place. Needs way better food choices! Easy to get to

Fair The thing that was not so good about it was that I ended up paying for price when I got to the property when I already paid for it through a third-party and I still haven’t received my an amenities amount that you get when you leave the property I haven’t received that yet and it’s been over a month
Disappointed The room needs a very good repair. The sliding door to the bathroom was about to fall off, and also missing the handle. Big dent in bathroom wall. Also the window in the room was not able to fully close (glad it was not winter time). Asked the frontdesk for a shower cap, and it was my understanding it was complimentary (as it had been on my former Caesar stay at Harrahs just the day before)….but on my invoice at check out I got charged $2 for something that is usually free in most hotels, just a matter of princi... read more
Fair Check-in was very poor- front desk really slow, key didn't work, new key let us into someone else's room, new room on different floor. Crack in sink & broken handle on balcony door. Lost our order at brewery for dinner - waited 30 min for plate of spaghetti. Resort fee gets you nothing. Nice room, casino not busy, good restaurants to pick from.
Bad Overbooked room type on a preexisting reservation, upon arrival it was unavailable so we were forced to downgrade at the same price of the original room booked, or pay $26.00/ day to upgrade. Ended up paying almost double what I originally booked for. Linens and towels were requested never arrived. Broken appliances and surfaces such as bathroom sink. Location
