I would have liked to give this at least a 4 star but am very disappointed after having an emergency and giving them ample time to get the room rebooked they refused our refund. We checked out by 6am and they had a sign up saying they had no rooms available so I know they booked that room and still kept our money! Very very disappointed and will never stay there again if that is how they treat people who have medical emergencies.
The computers were down and our check in was delayed. The staff did their best to facilitate our needs.
I will not be staying here again. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. What many people may not know is that this property is affiliated with the Lady Luck Hotel. Due to overbooking at the Horseshoe, the staff decided—without any communication—to move our reservation to Lady Luck. We were not given the option to cancel or even informed of the change. A/C didn’t work but claim it does.
Very tight slot machines and they went up in cost to play since the last time we visited here a year or so ago. Both complimentary coffee machines on the game floor were not working so no morning coffee and the one in our room wasn’t working properly. Staff were a mixed bag of courteous and non courteous. No Valet parking, no luggage helper, no service in this "Motel"
Stayed and the electricity didn't work and our toilet didn't work would not flush. Something was wrong with the inside of it. They dismissed it like ut wasn't nothing.the manager was rude and hateful like it was my problem.
Shower hadn't been cleaned hair was sticking out of the drain. No cleaning service was provided and the front desk attendant was rude and unhelpful.
Much better experience at other casinos. Loe quality free beverages at gaming machines, poor check in experience for my first time, a fee for early check in when other hotels gave us upgrades on our first visit with no fee
