The bedspread was as light as the sheets. This is a mountain town and it's cold. I like to snuggle under warm covers and that wasn't the case.
They had room service on their site but in person they said they did not have it

The wait staff in the Buffett, had the best personality. No one else cared if you were there or not.

Housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful The showers have issues
There were restrooms of the casino that were closed due to renovations, most of the time we were there the escalators weren’t working, which made travel with my mom more difficult. 2 of 4 elevators were also off The Who time we were there. Other than that, it was clean, the staff was pleasant and the bed wasn’t bad
