Always passed by, but never visited the House of Lamps & Shades until Jan. 9. We were searching for a ceiling light and went online shopping through the traditional big box stores. However, on the way to lunch we decided to stop in the store for the first time. We were impressed by both the selection and customer service. Grace was extremely helpful and gave us time to talk everything over before making a purchase. Great selection and especially great customer service. The salesperson was knowledgeable about their products and helped us make the right choice.
I had a very good experience. The lamp that I wanted had to be ordered, but they gave me the sale price. I had looked for a lamp in several stores, and online, but was unable to find just what I wanted. They went the extra mile to find the style and color.
The salesperson took plenty of time to find the perfect shade for my antique lamp.
