I would LOVE to give House of Lamps & Shades 100 stars because they deserve it! Omgosh, Leona and owner Sam were absolutely INCREDIBLE and helped me tremendously with all my selections. I was having so much fun that I didn't want to leave !!! The knowledge and expertise they shared with me was phenomenal, and the pricing was absolutely terrific !!! Did not correctly retire my floor lamp. This will cause a 80 round trip to get repaired correctly.
This place is awful! Completely disorganized!! No inventory control. Terrible customer service!!! I ordered a fan back in June and they said they would order it and that it would arrive in a few weeks. Four follow up calls with them later and still NO FAN. I went in person and they told me they ordered the wrong size. I asked for a refund but the women explained it was over her limit to do so and we'd have to wait for her boss.
