Our A/C was not cooling. Our technician was amazingly through and attentive to every aspect of the unit. He was very informative and so very polite. Great guy! As this work was placed by my Home Warranty company, I did not get to chose the company or technician. All I can say is that this company is who I will request and recommend going forward when it comes to my HVAC!

Overall you guys did a great job! Being in the service business myself, I realize every customer touch point is important. You did lack with your follow up. My insulation and vents didn't get installed on the installation day and no one followed up to make sure the job was completed. I called a week or two later and these two items were completed in a timely fashion. Additionally a follow up 30-60 days after completion to make sure there are no issues would ensure great service. Service was excellent. Our technician fixed the problem, then did extra services to make sure we were alright. Made sure the AC unit was in good service.
