Great customer service! From the time I called until the job was complete was less than 24hrs.
We bought our a/c unit in January and had several techs out trying to lower our humidity levels. It was frustrating that the levels seldom were below 62% and mostly much higher. Jefferson came on Wednesday, Aug 1and spent a good while working on our problem. Pleased to say that after 6 months our levels are where they are supposed to be. Thanks, Jefferson.
Sammy is professional yet courteous and personable at the same time. After a brief history of my units he went outside and discovered the problem immediately and resolved it. We live 90 minutes from the Houston area. It is almost impossible to get repairmen from anywhere to help us. Houston Air was very respectful and just nice. Jefferson made every effort to make sure I understood the problem and the best way to correct it. I would recommend this company to anyone.
