Compared to the other places I toured this place was the best. There was no awful smell, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was bright. I chose here for my dad and he ened up getting the rehab he needed, the therapist team are awesome and work you hard. Nowhere is perfect but compared to other places we got the helped we needed and my dad was pleased.

My stay at Houston Transitional Care was a positive experience. Recovery wasn't always easy, but the staff was supportive and encouraged me every step of the way. The nurses, CNAs, and therapy team treated me with kindness and respect. A special thank you to my physical therapist, Thi. She believed in me, encouraged me to push a little harder every day, and celebrated every bit of progress I made. I am currently a resident at Houston Transitional Care and I like the progress I have made over the past year. The quality of care is encouraging from staff for me to achieve my goals of independency and good health. We eat healthy with great nutrition everyday which has helped me achieve my goal weight! This skilled nursing facility is wonderful. My dad went there after some time in a hospital. They were so professional, so kind, and incredibly caring. They treated him with respect. The facility is very clean, the food is well above hospital food. I would not hesitate to use them again. The nurses were quick to respond. It felt more like family than medical staff. The office staff was also very kind and thoughtful.

Simply outstanding. Staff is simply outstanding. The food is top notch. Facility is very clean. I have been here two weeks, there is a young man here named Polo. His very presents brightens my day every time I see him and he says hello. I'm a disabled veteran, and I get treated like royalty. The place rates a SUPERB from me, and I'm known to complain. No such thing here.

Family member needed IV antibiotics and Houston Transitional Care took care of everything. Kind and compassionate staff, would highly recommend anyone who needs to bring a family member here.

Selected this facility after a family member had a hip fracture and needed therapy. Facility was clean and staff were compassionate. Hope to not be back but would choose location again.

We selected this facility because it was one of few allowing family visitation. Limited visits and time periods allowed for a safe environment for patients, family and staff. Their Covid protocols made us feel protected and safe during recovery. Quality staff from start to finish. Administrator- Admad very attentive to patients needs as well as the family.
